Discover the company's unique approach to creating physical material. A highly energetic and creative day suitable for participants with an interest in exploring physical theatre techniques. This workshop is open to all. No experience necessary.

As a participant at this workshop you will: 

• Experience Frantic Assembly’s distinctive and original movement style
• Learn practical exercises used in the creation of Frantic Assembly's productions
• Develop your physical performance skills
• Work in a creative and collaborative environment
• Build your own physical confidence and learn new techniques  

The workshops will be fun and friendly. You do not need to prepare anything for the workshop but you should wear comfortable clothing and trainers as the workshop will involve physical exercise.
