Alisha joined Frantic Assembly in May 2019 to manage projects for the Learning & Participation team, including our flagship Ignition programme.
Prior to joining Frantic Assembly, Alisha worked in the Participation team at the Lyric Hammersmith. Producing shows with children and the annual Evolution festival which provided a platform for young emerging creatives. Alisha graduated from the University of Kent in 2017 with a BA in Drama and Film studies.
In 2018 Alisha created Sculptress Theatre Company with an objective to create a relationship with new and exciting creatives, with a focus on championing black female talent.
Alisha is a huge advocate for change and believes the arts have the capacity to transform lives. Her long term goal is to open a creative hub in South London which will offer a safe space for young people to reach their full potential through the medium of the arts.
