Tess joined Frantic Assembly as Learning Coordinator in April 2022. Prior to working with Frantic Assembly, she was the Outreach & Administration Assistant for Outside Edge Theatre Company. Tess worked extensively as a facilitator, director and in various learning and outreach roles with Actors of Dionysus Theatre Company, Little Angel Theatre, Clean Break Theatre company, Masterclass and Total Insight Theatre.

She holds an MA in Directing from Guildford School of Acting where she co-founded theatre company Bee in My Beanie, a puppet-based theatre company for young audiences exploring bi-lingual and international storytelling.
