Ignition is Frantic Assembly's free, nationwide talent development programme for young people aged 16-24.
Ignition searches for young people across the UK and plays a vital role in dismantling barriers that can prevent fresh perspectives from revitalising the Arts.
Ignition makes a difference; it has and continues to transform lives, open doors and allows young people to reach beyond what they thought they were capable of. They engage with an intense work ethic and achieve something they never thought possible in such a short time. It has sparked careers and creativity that are defining our artistic landscape.
To be able to deliver this ambitious and important programme we need funding. Without your help Ignition cannot continue to unearth these urgent new voices from communities across the UK. Please support Ignition by making a donation and spreading the message #WeAreIgnition
We welcome all donations, of any amount. Below are some ideas of how your money can help support young people to realise their potential through Ignition:
£20 enables a young person who has little or no access to the arts to take part in a free Ignition taster workshop in their home region
£100 enables a young person to attend a day Re:Ignite workshop with an industry expert guest in London
£250 enables a young person to take part in a two day Re:Ignite creative project in their home region to further develop their skills
£500 will help support an Ignition graduate over a 12 month talent development programme.
£1500 enables one young person to participate in the week long Ignition intensive in London. (This covers all of their training, pastoral support, travel, food and accommodation. They work for a week with a professional director and creative team to produce a performance for a public audience).
