Tina Kokkinos is an experienced Board Member and Chief Operating Officer / Senior Business Manager with extensive international experience in Financial Services, Commerce and the Not-for-Profit sectors, including working at JPM, Coca-Cola, HSBC and Comic Relief. Her areas of expertise include strategy, transformation, technology, operations, risk and governance and as a CIMA qualified accountant with significant post qualification experience she has demonstrated strong financial management expertise to optimise business performance. Tina is commercially driven with a reputation for delivering results and effecting transformation – known as a change agent, business collaborator and strategic advisor.

Since 2011 Tina is extremely passionate and proud to use her COO skills as a Non-Executive Director and Advisory Committee member (Finance, Risk, Audit and Rem & Noms) in the Not-for-Profit sector. Tina is committed to delivering impact, addressing inequalities and enabling everyone to be “the best version of themselves”. Her current roles include Vice Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and member of the Finance and Fundraising Committee at Comic Relief; Trustee, co D&I Lead and Vice Chair at the Dame Kelly Holmes Trust and Trustee at Frantic Assembly.

Outside of work Tina is to be regularly seen in Highbury sporting red and white, being a lifelong Arsenal supporter. She's also passionate about travel, theatre and the Arts and is extremely glad to be putting her COO skills to good use with Frantic.
